1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of yisuncloud Studio at studio.yisun.cloud. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

We provide online editing, cloud save, and HD export for carousels, resumes, and slide decks. Carousels and slides support cloud save; resumes are local drafts only (not uploaded to our servers). Editing and watermarked previews are free; HD exports, tool credits, and membership are paid as shown on the site.

3. Accounts & cloud features

• Register with a valid email address you control.
• Cloud save (carousels and slides only) requires sign-in and email verification.
• Paid exports: you may purchase and export while signed in; email verification is not required before checkout.
• Resumes: stored only in your browser via “Save draft”; export PDF/DOCX to back up or move devices.
• Keep your password secure. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
• You may request account deletion from your account page. After email confirmation, your account and cloud projects are deleted. Paid order records may be retained in de-identified form (order ID, product, amount, time — no email) for up to 5 years, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by LianLian Global (card); prices are shown at checkout in USD.
• Digital goods (exports, tool credits, membership) activate immediately after payment and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• A receipt is emailed to your registered address after a successful purchase.

5. Your content & compliance

• You are responsible for content you create, save, or export. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
• Resumes may contain personal information — keep them local or export them yourself; do not store others’ sensitive data in cloud projects.
• AI-generated text is provided for assistance only. Review before publishing.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts when required by law or valid legal process.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions caused by networks, devices, force majeure, or third-party services (payment, email, AI, moderation). Exports and AI output are creative tools only — not employment, business, or legal advice. Cloud save is not guaranteed forever; keep your own backups.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to that venue.
