1. Overview

Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates yisuncloud Studio for users in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email, optional display name, password (hashed), registration time, terms acceptance, email verification status.
• Cloud projects: carousel and slide content and folder structure you choose to save online (resumes are not stored on our servers).
• Resume data: name, contact details, experience, etc. entered in the resume editor — kept in your browser via “Save draft” unless you export PDF/DOCX locally.
• Transactions: order ID, product, amount, payment status, and timestamps (no full card numbers; payments handled by our payment processor).
• Usage logs: exports, sign-in, registration, payments, optional AI use, IP address, and browser identifiers for security and abuse prevention.
• AI inputs: if enabled, topic text you submit and generated outline text processed on our servers and optional third-party AI or moderation APIs.

3. How we use information

• Provide sign-up, sign-in, email verification, password reset, and account deletion;
• Cloud save, exports, orders, and membership;
• Send verification, receipt, and security emails;
• Run optional AI features and content safety checks;
• Improve the product, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

4. Storage & security

• Production data for this US site is stored in the United States.
• We use HTTPS, password hashing, and access controls.
• Resumes are not uploaded for long-term storage; cloud projects should not contain others’ sensitive personal data.
• Browser “Save draft” data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

5. Third parties

We share only what is needed with service providers such as:

• Payment processors (LianLian Global for card payments) for checkout — we do not store full card numbers.
• Email delivery for verification and receipts;
• AI providers (e.g. DeepSeek) when you use AI outline features;
• Content moderation services when AI moderation is enabled.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention & deletion

• Accounts and cloud projects remain while your account is active; you may delete individual cloud projects.
• Account deletion removes your profile, cloud projects, folders, and export history tied to you.
• Legal retention: de-identified paid order records may be kept up to 5 years for accounting and disputes; security logs may be retained as needed.

7. Your rights (US & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including knowing categories of data collected, requesting deletion, and not being discriminated against for exercising these rights.

• Delete cloud projects individually;
• Delete your account via the account deletion flow;

8. Children

The service is intended for adults. Do not register if you are under 13. If you believe we collected a child’s data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
